CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The puppies are delivered:

Starting at two and a half months old, properly weaned and socialized.

With a veterinary booklet or passport (as applicable) and vaccinated according to their age.

Internally and externally dewormed.

With a microchip, to expedite the pedigree processing.

All puppies have pedigree, though the document will not be provided in compliance with Law 7/2023, which regulates the breeding of companion animals and limits it to individuals registered as official breeders.

Health guarantee contract: 15 days for viral diseases and 18 months for congenital diseases.

Purchase invoice (if required).

The Toy or Miature (Tea Cup) size is guaranteed, as applicable.

Perfectly socialized with dogs and people.

RESERVATIONS
The PRE-RESERVATION is the period that the client has from the time they are provided with the details to confirm the reservation and send the payment receipt to the breeder. This period will have a valid duration of 48 hours, during which if the payment receipt is not received, the puppy will automatically become available again.
The RESERVATION will only be confirmed once the payment of €500 of the puppy’s value is received, at which point the puppy is automatically reserved. The reservation amount is not refundable nor exchangeable for another puppy for reasons unrelated to the puppy. It will only be refunded or transferred to another puppy if the initially reserved puppy has a congenital defect that prevents its sale or has passed away.
The formalization of the reservation will only take place when the future owners are convinced and clear about what they want, as the amount is non-refundable.
Zaffiro Blu reserves the right to return the puppy’s reservation to the corresponding person if deemed appropriate in the event of detecting anomalies on the part of the future buyer, and having the slightest suspicion that the puppy will not be cared for, treated, and loved as it is here.
Remember that acquiring a pet entails responsibility for its lifetime.
